To help everyone enjoy a safe and positive experience, we kindly ask all carers and children to follow these simple but most important rules:

• Carer or Guardian must supervise their children at all times.

• Socks MUST be worn at all times by both adults/carers and children.

• Long sleeves and trousers must be worn on all slides.

• Shoes must be removed before using any soft play equipment.

• Shoes must be worn when using the go-karts.

• Fidget Toys & Headphones Welcome

• Use the equipment gently and as intended — no rough play.

• No food or drink is allowed in the play frame.

• Avoid throwing toys, balls, or any equipment.

Ticket includes one child with additional needs and one accompanying / participating carer (over 18 years)
