To would like young people and their families to join us for a preparation to adulthood workshop.

We will look at the support available at each stage and gather feedback on it. We welcome all ideas about improving support for young people who are in or about to transition to adult services.  This Workshop is run by Parent Carer Forum and Southampton City Council.
