You’ll be creating your very own water-powered rocket plane using our junk modelling kit. Please bring a 1.5 or 2 litre drinks bottle and we’ll provide the rest! Led by our experienced team of educators\, children will explore the past\, experience the museum and gallery and make really cool things! \nThese workshops are based at SeaCity but we will\, on occasion\, also visit the Art Gallery. \nPlease drop off at 8.45am and collect from SeaCity. \nCulture Club sessions are suitable for children aged 6½ to 12 years old. \nIf your child may need extra support\, please get in contact with us at museums.education@southampton.gov.uk or on 023 8083 2810. We want to make sure we can provide a safe and enjoyable experience for your child and everyone taking part. \nOur theme for Summer week 4 is Curious Creatures! \nPlease be aware that your children will have pieces of artwork to take home with them. If you have any worries about transporting these please let the team know at the beginning of the day.
